Game Reporting Requirements #
- Teams must submit box scores or screenshots of each game immediately after the match.
- Screenshots must meet all of the following criteria:
- Both teams must be registered for Road to $25K and have “UPA” or “HOF” in their team names.
- At least one registered player from each roster must be visible on the court.
- Screenshots must be clear and complete—incomplete game images will not count.
Dumping Policy #
Definition:
- Dumping refers to submitting a large number of game screenshots or box scores near the end of a season or all at once to meet a deadline. This hurts league operations and doesn’t show accurate team activity.
Policy:
- Game results must be submitted right after each game.
- Post your results in the designated channel on Discord.
Penalties for Dumping: #
- Point Deductions:
- First offense: 100-point deduction per screenshot.
- Repeated offenses: even higher deductions.
- Zero or Negative Points & Expulsion:
- Teams that drop to zero or below in points can be:
- Suspended from the competition
- Fined (amount set by UPA/RT25K/HOF Admins)
- Expelled from Road to $25K entirely and charged a $250 re-entry fine. This must be paid before joining any UPA or affiliate event again.
